Free Drone Pilot Training to Be Won at the Geomaps 1.0 Competition
As Geoinfotech prepares to celebrate its 5th Anniversary, plans are underway to make the day a huge success. With so many activities lined up, the day is slated to be a glorious one.
Facilitators from different sectors in the Geospatial field will be around to share their experiences and answer questions. Dignitaries from different ministries including the surveyor general’s office are expected to grace the occasion.
In conjunction with other activities planned, there is an opportunity to win free Drone pilot Training for participants and attendees. The competition tagged GeoMaps 1.0 requires participants to create a map showing the political parties of all 36 state Governors in Nigeria.
To judge who would win this contest, Our GIS specialist would look at the presentation of the maps, the symbolization, the accuracy in labeling, and the grid amongst other unique attributes.

The winner of this competition gets a 100% fee waiver to attend our Beginners Drone Pilot Training classes. The Second runner-up gets a 50% fee waiver for the drone pilot training. At the same time, the third wins a free Drone Pilot Manual which contains concise, important information on all you need about Drone operation, surveying, mapping, photography and Videography, Pre-flight checklist, and Inspection.
