National Boundary Commission
The Office of Geographic Information System, at Geoinfotech outlines the introduction and intermediate practice in GIS that is necessary for every maritime department, most especially in the boundary sector. This was introduced in order to observe and improve the staff level of understanding and practice in the National Boundary Commission Environment, which will shape NBC Maritime practice over the coming decades. What amazes us was their ability to follow up and adapt to the knowledge of GIS most especially the hands-on practicals carried out.
TRAINING TEST AND ASSESSMENT |
We were able to test their level of understanding after the first-week training exercise by carrying out a CBT test via Geoinfotech web portal.
Geoinfotech observed better performance during the training in the areas of staff skills, concentration, question satisfaction, overall productivity, and practical performance compared with organizations with moderate learning cultures. Learning and development, along with the strategic allocation of the investment, was shown to greatly improve GIS practice for NBC Maritime Boundary Department.
Benefits of Staff observed during Training |
