The web-based portal has the following functionality to become a proper LASU Tenant
- Regularisation Portal
- GIS Database Management System
- User Functionality and data appendages
- VBI Geocode – Buildings
- and many more
All presumptuous land owners will be given privileges to edit their land details after payment of Land regularization Charge and land owners are verified
The LASU Land Encroachment Committee is about to conclude her work on the development of LASULIS and the sister LLRP (LASU Land Regularisation Portal). It is now necessary to receive input on the following:
- Approved administrative charge for portal access
- Land Lease Charges (suggested #5,000 per sq meter one-off payment)
- Yearly Ground Rent (suggested =10% of Lease Charge)
- LASU Estate Maintenance Charge (suggested = 5% of Annual Lease)
- Yearly Ground Rent Collections
